Maxsoft, the official and sole distributor of Nintendo products in the Southeast Asia and Middle East territories finally provided a statement regarding their physical Asian release of Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna: The Golden Country.
Dear Valued Customers,The controversy started when people from Southeast Asia noted that the Asian/MDE release of the game did not contain a code for the Expansion Pass which was included in the original US and European releases. Some people opted to wait until they distribute US copies. Others purchased the digital version to save money while a few others went all out and bought both the physical and the digital versions for collection purposes.
We are looking into the matters for Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country. When we have a concrete answer, we will communicate our findings to our respective customers
