PlatinumGames designer and director Hideki Kamiya recently asked fans through Twitter what sequel or spin-off would they hypothetically like to see him and his team work on next. No platforms were specified so anything is possible.

Okami is currently leading with 44% of the votes at the time of writing. It's also a close call between Devil May Cry and Bayonetta at 22% and 21% respectively.

— 神谷英樹 Hideki Kamiya (@PG_kamiya) November 24, 2015On possible spin-offs the choices of Sparda, Trish, Jeanne and Wonder Blue are also interesting. Wonder Blue leads at 43% followed by Sparda and Jeanne at 25% and 24% respectively.
While it's always interesting when developers turn to their fans for direct feedback, you probably shouldn’t take these polls as a firm expression of an intention to actually make these games.
Kamiya is well known for his jests. When he is not spending his time blocking people on Twitter, he appears that he is also interested in gauging which ones of his games and characters his fans love the most.
