Fire Emblem Fates for the Nintendo 3DS will release on February 19, 2016. Additionally, Nintendo has confirmed the different purchase options for this game.
First, there will be two separate Standard Edition versions of Fire Emblem Fates. Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright gives you the Hoshido Path while Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest lets you take the more challenging Nohr path. Each game will be available for $39.99 (approximate price of P1,880 excluding tax) each. If you purchase either copy regardless if it's the retail or the digital version, you can then purchase the other story for an unrevealed, lower price from the eShop. The third storyline revealed as Fire Emblem Fates: Revelation will be available exclusively as a digital download for $19.99 (approximate price of P940 excluding tax) which will be released at a later date. Each storyline features different levels of difficulty, characters, and sides of the story.
Lastly, the Fire Emblem: Fates Special Edition bundle will include all three storylines (Birthright, Conquest, and Revelation) along with an artbook and Nintendo 3DS XL pouch for $79.99 (approximate price of P3,760).
