Official PKMN-ph: Pokémon Philippines Sword & Shield Launch Tournament

It's official, a sanctioned Pokémon Video Game Championship event will finally take place in our country- just in time to celebrate the launch of Pokémon Sword & Pokémon Shield on the Nintendo Switch.

Our friends from PKMN-ph: Pokémon Philippines, in cooperation with Game Express, PlayGround Hobby Cafe, and the various Pokémon trainers in the Philippines made this monumental milestone possible.

While anyone is free to spectate and mingle with fellow Pokémon enthusiasts, those with a 3DS, an unshakeable fighting spirit, some spare money for registration and a copy of Pokemon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, or Ultra Moon are encouraged to experience the competitive side of Pokémon first-hand.

Pokémon Sword & Pokémon Shield will launch on the Nintendo Switch on November 15, 2019. You can currently pre-order the games through various retailers such as Game Express, DataBlitz, Game One PH/i.TECH - Philippines, GameXtreme, among other stores.
