CAPCOM officially revealed a week ago that Monster Hunter XX will be heading to the Nintendo Switch in Japan. They also announced that they will be releasing a Limited Edition Switch bundle, the first of its kind, which comes with a physical copy of Monster Hunter XX.
The Limited Edition Switch bundle will launch at the same time as Monster Hunter XX in Japan on August 25, 2017 for ¥36,280 (around P16,200 excluding tax). While CAPCOM has yet to announce a western localization of Monster Hunter XX for the Switch and the 3DS, Monster Hunter fans can purchase the Limited Edition bundle without worry since the Switch is technically region-free. This means that there will be no issues regarding compatibility with US version games sold here in our country. However, it still unclear at this point if the Japanese version of the game will feature English as a language option.

On top of this, CAPCOM also announced a Monster Hunter XX Limited Edition (game) bundle for ¥12,744 (around P5,700 excluding tax). The package will include a copy of the game, mini shoulder bag, Creators Selection Soundtrack with five songs, and a Production Note book. Buyers on the e-Capcom store will also receive one of nine Renkin Style Acrylic Dot Mascots at random.
