XSEED Games finally confirmed that they will be bringing the horrors of Corpse Party to the West! This version is a remastered port the PSP remake, Corpse Party: Blood Covered ...Repeated Fear.
Aiming for a 3rd Quarter release, XSEED Games provided the following details regarding the 3DS version of the game:
Remastered from the 2011 PSP game, the Nintendo 3DS rendition of Corpse Party will feature redrawn, high-resolution character sprites, newly arranged music tracks, and 3D art stills, as well as four new Extra Chapters exclusive to this version that provide insight into lesser-shown characters and plot elements previously left unexplained.

A "Back to School" Limited Edition physical copy will be available at launch date for $49.99 (approximately P2,311 excluding tax). This version will include miniature figurines of Naomi Nakashima and Seiko Shinohara, along with a soundtrack CD containing nearly 80 minutes of music from the game not previously featured on the 'Songs of the Dead' compilation with three news tracks exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS version. People can also purchase the digital version from the 3DS eShop for $29.99 (approximately P1,386 excluding tax).
