These are the November 6 Updates for the North American (the same region as US, Asian, & MDE) 3DS eShop. Game trailers will be provided for some games, if applicable. The Nintendo 3DS eShop usually updates at 12 PM or 3 PM of the same day or at 12 AM of the next day, Philippine Time.
Nintendo eShop-exclusive games can only be purchased from the Nintendo 3DS eShop. They do not come in cartridge form.
Retail downloads pertain to the digital download version, which means that these games have physical retail versions as well. Local retailers will usually sell physical copies at the date of release, unless unforeseen shipments or delivery problems occur. You can also check the Upcoming 3DS Games page for reference.
