New information about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch will be revealed in the next Nintendo Direct presentation dedicated to the game. It will be aired on August 8, 2018 at 10 PM Philippine time.
The aforementioned presentation will be livestreamed through their official Youtube, Twitch, and Facebook channels. In addition, the Direct will be hosted by none other than series director Masahiro Sakurai himself.
All playable characters from the entire Super Smash Bros. franchise will be in the game along with some newcomers. Sakurai did mention that we should not expect that many new characters so the next couple of announcements will be interesting to say the least.
