This event is co-presented by Pilipinas Got Pokemon and Pkmn-ph: Pokemon Philippines, and PlayGround Hobby Cafe.
This is different from the Courtside PPL Tournament held at Robinson's Galleria Courtside.
Pilipinas Got Pokemon and Pkmn-ph: Pokemon Philippines aim to solidify the competitive Pokemon scene in the Philippines through non-TPC sanctioned tournaments using the official VGC format. Philippine Pokemon League is a local community-based circuit tournament that will run throughout 2018. It will be divided into two stages: the initial stage will run from January to November in various local and online tournaments. Registered participants will earn League Points along with cash prizes. The last stage will be an Invitational Tournament consisting of players who have collected the most League Points from the first stage.
