February's Palkia and Dialga distribution was a little mean to Filipino Pokemon trainers because the participating stores that giveaway codes are only located in the US. The March distribution should patch things a little!
You'll need to create a Pokemon Trainer Club account, if you have yet to do so, and opt-in to receive email updates to receive the March Pokemon Trainer Club Newsletter which will contain a serial code for the said event.
The official announcement page mentions that you have until March 1, 2018 to do this. Bear in mind that this is US time and not Philippine time. Unfortunately, they have not provided a specific time and timezone for the cut-off. For reference, 12:00 AM EST is 1:00 PM local time while 12:00 AM PST is 4:00 PM local time. It is still best to register and sign-up for the newsletter as soon as possible to qualify for the distribution.
Instructions
- Go to this link to register a Pokemon Trainer Club account.
- You can pick the US under Country.
- Or if you already have a PGL account, use it to login in the Pokemon Trainer Club site.
- Go to this page and scroll down to Email Preferences.
- Check the I would like to receive marketing email messages.. box.
- The Newsletter will be sent sometime in March containing the serial code.
- Load your copy of Pokemon Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon.
- At the title screen, pick "Mystery Gift".
- Choose "Receive Gift".
- Choose "Get with Code/Password".
- Select "Yes" twice.
- Enter the serial code you received from the Newsletter.
- You will receive Regigigas in Sun/Ultra Sun or Heatran in Moon/Ultra Moon.
- You can then get them from the Event NPC inside any Pokemon Center in-game.
