Our local retailers have confirmed that they will restock Limited Edition Pokemon New 3DS units!
Unlike the US units released locally last February 27, 2016, the reprint copies will be Asian/MDE (the same region as North America and US) and will not include the exclusive 3DS Home Theme. The new bundle will include:
- Pre-installed copies of the original Pokemon Red & Blue Gameboy games.
- Original design Blastoise and Charizard Cover Plates.
The Virtual Console Gameboy titles will let you re-experience the nostalgia of the classic games. In addition, you can bring these Pokemon to Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon this November through the Pokemon Bank application! Pre-orders for Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon are now open as well.
No exact release date and price have been provided but we will keep you posted as new information becomes available! For reference, the Pokemon New 3DS bundle was priced at P11,495 (less P500 if purchased with cash) on its launch last February.
On a related note, Play-Asia has also confirmed that the limited rerun will be available by the end of next week.
