Maxsoft, the sole and official distributor of Nintendo products in the territories of Southeast Asia and the Middle East, has distributed several Pokemon serial codes this generation. Thanks to their efforts, the Philippines and other countries are able to procure early copies of the Pokemon OR/AS Special Demo, Eon Ticket codes, and legit Diancie, Hoopa, and Shiny Rayquaza.
The distributor recently teased Pokemon fans about an upcoming serial code distribution on their Facebook page this holidays (people outside Southeast Asia might not be able to see the post):
Based on similar distribution events they did previously, this might only be open to players who are residing in Southeast Asia. Maxsoft has yet to provide a specific date for the event but we'll update you as new information becomes available. Stay tuned!
