Square Enix recently released an infographic informing would-be players of the different job roles in Final Fantasy Explorers.
Final Fantasy Explorers showcases a total of 21 job classes. This includes the Blue Mage and Samurai jobs which were released in Japan as DLC-only classes. The North American (the same region as US, Asian & MDE) version will have these built-in the game for free.
Each class will have their own strengths and weaknesses, which will define their roles in a party. The infographic below features all the 21 job classes in the game along with a short description for each one. You can click the photo below to view a bigger version.
The different job classes shown above possess their own unique abilities and skill sets. Players can switch and combine these skills from different classes, making it possible for all kinds of different party setups. For example, you can make a party that doesn't need a White Mage by using healing items or by having other classes that have learned the White Mage's Cure spell.
Players can also transform into characters from previous Final Fantasy games using the Trance system, such as Cloud Strife and Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII, Cecil Harvey from Final Fantasy IV and Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII.
Final Fantasy Explorers for the Nintendo 3DS will release on January 26, 2016. Although a Collector's Edition was recently announced for North America, it is still unclear if our local retailers will be able to secure a couple of Collector's Edition copies at launch.
